Carlo Castillo Babble

It's February 8, 2009. Just feeling unmotivated to do anything. So much negativity with the economy, which equates to being around with negative people. Thank God I have a steady job. I hope with this babble that I'm currently writing will get me motivated to get something going. I've just come to realize the winners are the ones that finishes what they started, and I have a lot of unfinished business. I still enjoy listening music, but I don't know if I want to continue producing music. I have various computer businesses that I've just completely neglect and don't want to finish. On the positive note, I've started a Roth IRA for trading stocks - I got tired of filing capital gains or losses on tax day. I have been discipline in contributing to my investments. And that is one thing that I haven't gave up - my retirement. This year seems to be a good year to invest in real estate. But real estate is not something that I have any interest in, even there's money to be made. Maybe I just need a hobby to keep me occupied from being bored. My knees are bad, so getting back on a skateboard is not an option. I need a hobby that will not cost me money, and possibly this hobby can make me some residual income. This reverts back to making music.

I'm stating to myself and those who are reading this babble, "I will have FUN making music as a hobby and make money doing it". By the end of 2009, on Christmas Day, I will buy a real estate property with the money that I made from music.
